Another wonderful experience today. We detected a possible leak in our upstairs toilet. I called and was able to book an appointment for today. Within 30-minites Alesha who was extremely pleasant called to say the tech was on his way. To my surprise Travis arrived with his Trainee Peter. This was Travis’s second time assisting with a different plumbing issue. He quickly went to work to diagnose the isssue and asked questions to pinpoint the problem. He was extremely honest and shared that he didn’t really see an issue. We did however decide to go ahead and replace the water intake valves from the current push/pull type valves. They completed the work in record time and as before very respectful of property. Can’t stress enough, if you have a plumbing issue call FullSpectrum and ask for Travis and Peter. Thanks again!

My Septic tank was backing up into my toilets, tub, and unfortunately the sinks. I had Carolina Flow Pros come out yesterday morning to pump the tank, and see if that was the issue; however when I went to test flush one of my toilets...nothing happened. Richard from Carolina Flow Pros, is who recommended Full Spectrum Plumbing, and I will be using them from here and out. They came out this morning and identified that the Cast Iron drain pipe going into the Septic did not have much longer before it completely collapsed. They showed me the evidence and made sure that I was completely in the know on everything that they saw. Later, they brought the Excavator out installed a brand new PVC drain line, and showed me exactly what I was dealing with on my Septic System so I can start budgeting. The entire crew was extremely respectful, diligent, and was not afraid to take this job, I highly recommend Full Spectrum!!
