If a covered repair fails during the first year, Full Spectrum Plumbing will repair it again at no charge. This guarantee is designed to ensure the original repair performs as it should under normal use.

Full Spectrum Plumbing technicians are expected to respect your home while they work. That means they will not smoke or swear in your home, they are drug tested, they use floor savers, and they clean up before they leave.
If this standard is not met, you do not pay until your satisfaction is achieved.

Repair or replaceTwo-Year Equipment & Fixture Coverage
If Full Spectrum Plumbing installs equipment or a fixture and it fails during normal use within the first two years, the covered item will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
This applies to qualifying equipment and fixtures installed by Full Spectrum Plumbing, subject to the terms of the guarantee and normal-use conditions.

Water heater work can be a major household investment. Full Spectrum Plumbing offers several guarantees to help protect customers when a qualifying water heater is installed.

No-Aggravation GuaranteeIf Full Spectrum Plumbing has to return for a warranty issue, you will receive $100 in vouchers toward future services.
This guarantee recognizes that warranty issues cost you time, even when the repair itself is covered.

No-Lemon Guarantee
If a covered water heater tank develops a leak during its guaranteed period, Full Spectrum Plumbing will remove it and replace it with a completely new unit at no charge.
A leaking tank is not treated as a minor inconvenience. Under this guarantee, the covered tank is replaced with a new unit rather than patched or temporarily repaired.

+$25 Finder's Fee
Best-Value GuaranteeIf you find an identical water heater solution from another company for less, Full Spectrum Plumbing will pay the difference plus a $25 finder's fee.
To qualify, the competing solution must be identical. That includes the product, service, installation quality, warranties, and guarantees.

100% Refund
100% Satisfaction (Water Heaters)If the installed water heater fails to perform as Full Spectrum Plumbing stated within the first year, 100% of the investment will be refunded.

Care Club Repair GuaranteeCare Club members receive a 24-month guarantee on covered repairs. That is twice as long as the standard repair guarantee.

Lifetime Care Club CoverageLifetime Care Club members receive a 36-month guarantee on covered repairs.
Fixtures and equipment installed by Full Spectrum Plumbing are covered for as long as the customer remains an active Lifetime Care Club member, subject to the terms of the membership and guarantee.

I am a volunteer for my complex’s HOA and We use Full Spectrum for all of our big outdoor pipe leak repairs, the lines are very old and there are a lot of them. Without having a blueprint or layout of where the pipes are they manage to find the leak and have it repaired in an extremely timely manner with very minimal water shutdown. I especially want to call out their Technician TJ who has gone above and beyond every time he comes out. TJ has seen me pull in and came to help me carry my bags upstairs. The customer service is top notch and they have skilled technicians. The pricing is always fitting to the job. Highly recommend!!
