Full Spectrum Plumbing Services is owned and operated by Thomas and Jackie Munn, a father-and-son team with deep local ties and a shared mission to deliver a higher standard of plumbing service to Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Charlotte, and the surrounding communities.
For Thomas and Jackie, this company is personal. It is not a branch office, a franchise location, or a name on the side of a truck. Full Spectrum Plumbing was built from the ground up by a family that lives here, works here, and cares about the reputation they leave behind after every call.
That local connection matters. Thomas Munn
Thomas Munn oversees operations, marketing, and the customer experience at Full Spectrum Plumbing. His role is to ensure customers know what to expect every time they call, schedule, and welcome a Full Spectrum technician into their home.
His vision is simple and ambitious:

Off the clock
Outside of work, Thomas spends most of his time with his wife and two young children. On the rare occasion he gets a few hours to himself, you can usually find him on the golf course. He will be the first to say that golf requires discipline, patience, and focus — the same qualities he brings to how Full Spectrum Plumbing is run.

Jackie Munn
Jackie Munn oversees field operations and technical training for the Full Spectrum Plumbing team.
With 35 years of hands-on plumbing experience, Jackie has worked across every part of the trade. His knowledge, craftsmanship, and steady leadership are a major part of what makes Full Spectrum Plumbing's work stand out.
Jackie's philosophy is rooted in old-school craftsmanship:

When he is not on the job or helping train the next generation of Full Spectrum plumbers, Jackie is usually doing what he loves most: fishing.

My Septic tank was backing up into my toilets, tub, and unfortunately the sinks. I had Carolina Flow Pros come out yesterday morning to pump the tank, and see if that was the issue; however when I went to test flush one of my toilets...nothing happened. Richard from Carolina Flow Pros, is who recommended Full Spectrum Plumbing, and I will be using them from here and out. They came out this morning and identified that the Cast Iron drain pipe going into the Septic did not have much longer before it completely collapsed. They showed me the evidence and made sure that I was completely in the know on everything that they saw. Later, they brought the Excavator out installed a brand new PVC drain line, and showed me exactly what I was dealing with on my Septic System so I can start budgeting. The entire crew was extremely respectful, diligent, and was not afraid to take this job, I highly recommend Full Spectrum!!
