We have used Full Spectrum Plumbing in the past. So when we had a minor plumbing issue that we could not remediate on our own we called them again. Travis was pleasant and transparent in providing pricing for repairs as well as fast and efficient service.

Everything started backing up in the house and it come to being the main drain was clogged. I don’t know the first thing about Plumbing so when I called, the absolute sweetest and reassuring voice came on. Chloe. She got Travis out to my house in about 30 minutes. Started with some water stains in my ceiling, thought it was the upstairs bathroom- Justin inspected everything, and suggested to cut the ceiling so we can see better. I was hesitant but trusted Justin. And im so glad I did! It was not the bathroom, it was a main pipe that had a small leak and he repaired it in a short amount of time. Very knowledgable, very friendly, definitely would recommend!

A neighbor recommended full spectrum, I called at 7am and they had a tech out to my home by 8:30. Justin was very friendly and efficient. We had several water leaks in our home over several years. We then hired Full Spectrum Plumbing who recommended replacement of all the waterlines with new PEX material. Travis Deason and his crew did that work and we are more than pleased with that work and the results. At every step they were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They outlined our options, explained their recommendations, scheduled work to minimized our inconvenience, and stuck to that schedule. Most importantly Travis and his crew were careful and respectful while in our home- they routed new plumbing to limit disruption, they constantly cleaned up, they tested thoroughly, they made sure we were completely satisfied and left us with a great warranty. I offer the strongest recommendation possible for Full Spectrum and Travis to handle any plumbing need.

Spectrum took care of us with excellent service yet again! Had a small water leak that the city had been sending emails about. I could not figure out for the life of me where the leak was. Justin and Logan showed up and in very short order figured out where it was. It was a previous repair that had been performed when Comporium hit my water line out by the meter (which Comporium denied and would not pay for at the time, even with pictures and video from neighbors when they hit it) while directional drilling to put fiber optic internet in the neighborhood. I called the home warranty company to repair and they would not cover it due to the drill strike and ended up paying them out of pocket. Justin and Logan assessed the situation and quickly got to work repairing it the line CORRECTLY. Can't say enough about the professionalism and speed in which they worked. Great people to deal with and now I can sleep better knowing this water leak has been repaired correctly!

Thoroughly checked potential issues, found a problem that could have caused my water spotting in basement… fixed it quickly and had some advise to see if the issue continues and to call back… if it does then they will have to cut drywall etc! Way better options then first thing to cut the drywall and figure out it was the small thing all along! Hope it was the issue and with some fans and killz paint all will be good to go in the end! Haskell was amazing in evaluating and repairing backflow. He explained the process of what he was checking and doing the entire length of the job, and even went above and beyond to pull roots and debris from my line.

Reggie the technician who has a great attitude listened to the problem at hand(clogged drainage pipe from the washing machine) and expanded step by step the process that will be required. He worked diligently to fix the clog , showed the soot that he was able to remove and ultimately unclogged the problem. He even tells you how to avoid having the problem again. I have been in this house for 30 years, and this is my go to plumber.

We had a clog that stopped up both vanity sinks in our master bathroom over the weekend, and these guys promptly took our phone call on Monday and got someone here to fix it. Haskell was incredibly helpful in explaining what went wrong and recommended products we could use to keep our drains clean. He got everything moving within a couple of hours.
