Spectrum took care of us with excellent service yet again! Had a small water leak that the city had been sending emails about. I could not figure out for the life of me where the leak was. Justin and Logan showed up and in very short order figured out where it was. It was a previous repair that had been performed when Comporium hit my water line out by the meter (which Comporium denied and would not pay for at the time, even with pictures and video from neighbors when they hit it) while directional drilling to put fiber optic internet in the neighborhood. I called the home warranty company to repair and they would not cover it due to the drill strike and ended up paying them out of pocket. Justin and Logan assessed the situation and quickly got to work repairing it the line CORRECTLY. Can't say enough about the professionalism and speed in which they worked. Great people to deal with and now I can sleep better knowing this water leak has been repaired correctly!

Awesome job! Called early in the morning to replace a leaking shut off valve. Travis came in and got to work replacing the valve in a timely manner. Reasonably priced and Travis did great work. Great experience, will recommend and definitely use again! To add, this was a same day service.

Thoroughly checked potential issues, found a problem that could have caused my water spotting in basement… fixed it quickly and had some advise to see if the issue continues and to call back… if it does then they will have to cut drywall etc! Way better options then first thing to cut the drywall and figure out it was the small thing all along! Hope it was the issue and with some fans and killz paint all will be good to go in the end! Haskell was amazing in evaluating and repairing backflow. He explained the process of what he was checking and doing the entire length of the job, and even went above and beyond to pull roots and debris from my line.

Reggie the technician who has a great attitude listened to the problem at hand(clogged drainage pipe from the washing machine) and expanded step by step the process that will be required. He worked diligently to fix the clog , showed the soot that he was able to remove and ultimately unclogged the problem. Reggie was very professional and work recommend him if there are any future issues.

Replaced our leaking garage disposal

The assigned workers were JT & Justin, who seem to be knowledgeable & familiar with older homes. I appreciated their feedback and felt they listened to our concerns.

As usual, the guys from Full Spectrum do a top notch job from start to finish. Haskell did this repair. He is always thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, and takes the time to explain the situation. He even tells you how to avoid having the problem again. I have been in this house for 30 years, and this is my go to plumber.

We had a clog that stopped up both vanity sinks in our master bathroom over the weekend, and these guys promptly took our phone call on Monday and got someone here to fix it. Haskell was incredibly helpful in explaining what went wrong and recommended products we could use to keep our drains clean. He got everything moving within a couple of hours.

They provided me a fair quote, making an appointment was easy, texted before arrival and completed the job in a timely manner. I appreciate all their help and honesty.

T.J. and Connor removed the original tile surround in our 1972 home. No easy feat! Then they updated our shower faucet and fixed the original installation problems. All was accomplished while leaving our original cast iron tub without a scratch! T.J. will return once the tile is set to add the detail pieces to the shower.

This is our second experience with Full Spectrum as we had a dishwasher installed about a year ago. We called for an appointment to determine a water pressure issue at our Master Bathroom vanity and diagnose a problem with a toilet. Tristan and Reggie arrived on time, introduced themselves, asked if they could come in and also put on protective sleeves on their shoes. They listened to our issue and went to work to diagnose the problem. They were able to quickly fix the water pressure issue and made recommendations to repair the toilet. We have an old home that needs a lot of TLC, especially when it comes to plumbing. TJ and Justin spent a full day undoing and fixing a lot of major piping problems that our house came with. They were very helpful in identifying problems throughout the day and kept us informed of what they were working on with full transparency. They were also incredibly helpful with providing recommendations for how to take care of our new plumbing updates. We’ve used Full Spectrum Plumbing several times now and have been very thankful for their services!

Tech Tristin and his helper worked hard in cramped crawlspace under my old house to replace leaking cast iron unions and pipes. It was a difficult job made harder by HVAC ductwork laying over and blocking access to pipes. Kudos to the team for dedication and making things right.

Haskell and Reggie did a great job installing a new water main line from our meter to the house. I appreciated their high level of expertise, attention to detail, and how they kept us informed every step of the way. I hope I never have to call a plumber again, but if I do it will be Full Spectrum!
